"Great experience here! I wanted to give it some time before I posted this, just to make sure that the boots were still working out.
About a month and a half ago, I walked into the store to buy fall/winter boots. The salesperson was not so chatty when I initially walked in, but when I told them exactly what I wanted, they were incredibly candid about boots to go with.
I especially appreciated that the salesperson did not use that an opportunity to sell me the most expensive pair of shoes - quite the contrary, the price was extremely reasonable.
Cut to the snowpocalypse that has engulfed Seattle. Almost 5 inches of snow where I live and I have to trudge through it to get home in my new-ish boots. I may not have been a happy camper with the hike, BUT the boots have held up beautifully.
I am incredibly satisfied with this experience and will certainly be going back to the shop for summer shoes!"
